Bhutan Travel Cost & Cancellations
Bhutan travel cost is different for regional and International tourists. This is due to the difference is Sustainable development fund, visa fee payable to the government .
For Indian Nationals
Unlike other Nationals, Indian Nationals will have to pay INR 1200 OR USD 16 per person per night Sustainable Development Fund in addition to their Bhutan Travel Cost. Their Bhutan Travel cost varies with the choice of accommodation, duration, facilities, services etc. The Bhutan travel cost can be calculated by your Bhutan Tour Operator and accordingly sent to you before you confirm the tour.

For International travelers
(Travelers other than Indian Nationals)
All tourists (other than Indian Nationals) traveling to Bhutan will have to pay USD 100 per person per night Sustainable Development Fund in addition to their Bhutan Travel Cost. Their Bhutan Travel cost varies with the choice of accommodation, duration, facilities, services etc. The Bhutan travel cost can be calculated by your Bhutan Tour Operator and accordingly sent to you before you confirm the tour.

Your tour may be booked either directly through a local tour operator in Bhutan or through an International travel agent. All the tours are guided tours and the travelers cannot travel independently.
Visa Fee
US $ 40 per person is payable as Visa fee . This is a one time fees.
The cost we offer does not cover any form of insurance. Please note that travel Insurance in compulsory to travel to Bhutan. This can be either done in Bhutan through us or done in your own country (Please ensure that Bhutan is covered by your insurance and the document need to be in English).
Bhutan Tour/Trek cancellations Policy
Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
- Within 60 days of start of program: No charges
- Within 30 days: 50% of package cost
- Within 15 days: 100% of package cost
Though the above mentioned is our policy, however, considering the cancellation reasons, we are flexible in regards to the cancellation charges, provided that expenses have not been incurred for the confirmed tour or we are not liable for any payments/expenses for the confirmed tour. The cancellation policy shall also depend on the cancellation policies of the hotels, incase the rooms have been already confirmed. In case of hotels booked the cancellation policy of the hotels shall be binding.
